• Failure to Deliver: If the agreed deliverables are not provided within the mutually agreed time frame, and no reasonable extension is negotiated.

• Completed Milestones: Payments for any successfully completed project phases or milestones are non-refundable.
• Third-Party Costs: We do not refund payments made for third-party services, such as domain registration, hosting, or software licences.

4. Refund Request Process
